Located in the heart of the city and close to famous tourist spots, this hotel offers a mix of modern-day showrooms and bazaars which are reminiscent of the ancient era. There are excellent restaurants in a nice city centre which is within walking distance of the hotel. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable linen, and the staff is co-operative. Buffet breakfast is up to the mark with mouth-watering veg/non-veg delicacies. The hotel has a nice rooftop swimming pool, which offers a view of the street outside.
The customer service at the front desk needs improvement, and room toiletries weren't fully replenished upon check-in.

Great location! This hotel was located in the heart of the city, close to all the key attractions, making it a fantastic choice for any business trip. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the bed was comfortable to get a good night's sleep after a long day at work. the breakfast spread was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
The service in this hotel was below par for a business traveler. The staff didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome, and the room service was incredibly slow.

Spent Christmas in a centrally located hotel in the heart of the city. Room was comfortable and clean. Staff provided friendly service and the breakfast had a variety of dishes to choose from. The hotel was conveniently located near many markets and restaurants.
The decor was a bit outdated and could use some modernization. The soundproofing could be improved, as we could hear noise from other guests in the hallway.
